Docglock from AVP--a good man who cares about others

well im first going to talk about something else bothering me i havent yet really talked about much to many people--but im worried about that remaining wisdom tooth still not yet removed like the others. its far in the back--and will be quite sore whenever it comes out. and i think my teeth are sideways a bit too near it. the reason i talk about this--is i bought a toothbrush and toothpaste at the smiths store today--and i forgot to buy dishsoap. u see my mouths been feeling sore lately, and i wonder if i need to see a dentist and if i can do everything for under $200 again. last time i did, i was a lot richer, back in the good old days for so many years--of i think $5000 or so. even though i ended up in UMC since the dentist screwed up and some said i shouldve sued. i just think it might be more work this time--and more pain--and it could be why Britni died. but maybe its not yet quite that serious.

although that missing plane is way more serious--they talked a lot of fox news tonight how terrorism couldve been the cause--and how the tracking system were turned off manually one by one at different times a few hours apart. who knows where its hiding--and whats being planned, and which govt is lying about not having seen the plane.

i am pleased with how cheap groceries are at smith, so many good deals 10 for $10, its a lot better place to buy groceries than walmarts--and i never ever knew that before. tonight some special deal on a very good tasting brand of cereal thats my favorite. 3 boxes for $5, normally priced over twice that--and a free gallon of milk included. u havent seen those prices since 1972

and its nice Vince and i will be seeing snevman at 10 minutes til 7pm at the nugget on saturday night. hopefully he does good in the tourny and all goes well.

im lucky to have any money at all--as many mistakes as i make at poker anymore--and as tough as the games are today. some of it is thanks to Docglock. he got me out of the stratosphere when i was stuck $366 and paid for the cab to the orleans--where its a good loose omaha game--but wild--and i won back $180 of the loss. he was going to try to introduce himself to akgal--i wonder if he had any luck finding her at the mirage.

he knew my blog from way back on AVP--and so did some european i met today from the UK who would like to have me followed around with a TV camera--but dont know exactly who would set it up--i would be compensated.

also i need to find a guy with Clear--that i can buy his modem--take over his service--so i can use it to play on UP--cricket dont work--and clear dont accept new customers--how do i do this? is there anyone who knows where id go to find a current user--one with a still active clear acct--that he would be willing to sell to me?

  1. You went to Wal-Mart's again?

Why do you add the s?

  2. I am pretty sure that the logistics of repurposing a Boeing 777 to attack the US is almost impossible. Multiple landings, refuel operations and subsequent take-offs would be involved. Havoc in the Pacific Rim? Possibly...

    1. It was all over the news ... Britni died in a daring hijack attempt on a Malaysian Airlines 777 jet, which she tried to divert to Switzerland for emergency dental work.

  5. as for the groceries, remember to use coupons in addition to the deals so that your deal is better and you pay less.

I think my mom got about 15 of those free gallons of milk and donated them all to the Air Force Base

  6. Tony:

Do you now have enough emotional distance to tell the story of why/how you got booted from the Casino in Jean? What was happening and how did you respond?

    thanks,

    s.i.

p.s. - good luck with your tooth. It MAY be too serious for the dental school in town, but you could call them and see if they can do anything. It's typically means tested, so it should be very little cost.

  7. won $69 at poker, new roll $2969. got up and left since i had $169 on the table, and a good poker player once said never to have more than 5% of ur money on the table. Left to go buy some dishsoap--which i forgot to buy the other day. all i did in Jean was get mad and break 3 glasses deliberately by throwing them against a wall, in a area no people were nearby--when feeling very annoyed and on tilt. i know i shouldnt have done that--didnt think theyd take it that serious though. the glasses are worth less than $1 each. im not sure yet how much time i have before my teeth need taken care of immediately--just been sore lately is all. u really should come to the nugget tomorrow nite at 7pm when snevman and vince will be there.

  8. I think everyone should be able to start throwing glassware in fits of rage at the casinos. I mean really, TBC don't bother the gays at the Walmarts....why bother TBC at the Gamblins?

  9. I'm glad to hear you bought toothpaste and a toothbrush when your teeth started to hurt. No need for prevention of gum disease when you can just fix it later.

  11. So let me get this straight, you're in your mid-40's and you JUST GOT TO purchasing a toothbrush and toothpaste and want women to kiss you on the mouth? So when the sock roll goes up a few bucks, will you purchase dental floss?

  12. Patients who are being treated at the facility for comprehensive care are provided 24-hour emergency care through the UNLV School of Dental Medicine. Call the main UNLV School of Dental Medicine phone number at 774-2400 and you will be given further directions.

Patients who are not regular clinic patients but are experiencing dental pain, swelling, or bleeding may receive limited treatment for their emergency by contacting the Shadow Lane location at 774-2400. If further treatment is necessary after the emergency visit, the patient may obtain a screening appointment as previously discussed, or may be directed to seek care in the private sector.

The UNLV School of Dental Medicine is not obligated to provide continued treatment after rendering emergency care.

Certainly seems to be alot of dental programs here. In case anyone needs a dentist.

  15. Tony:

Just want to challenge your perspective on why you got 86'd from Jean: I think, and I think virtually anyone else I interact with would think, that tossing glass cups at the wall inside of a casino gambling area, would result in perma-ban 99.9999% of the time. The remainder of that 100% would be reserved for absolute whales and mega-celebrities. Everyone else would get tossed. Your perspective on being surprised that they took it seriously is very skewed. Additionally, if I saw someone who looks very angry shattering glasses against a wall inside the casino near me, I would be pretty scared and I would contact security immediately. And if that person had an unkempt appearance, unshaven with unruly hair and rage in their eyes, my bias would lead me to think they were mentally unbalanced and a threat to my person or the person of others.

I'm just saying, you are not seeing the world the way the rest of us see the world. If you don't gain control over your emotions, which has been your downfall time after time after time after time (etc...) you won't be successful. Managing emotions is a function of being a developed adult; you're not the only one who struggles with that area of their lives - lots of people do. Typically, those people had role models who responded in kind and/or their failure to manage their emotions were never challenged constructively. For you, however, the costs are higher because you have chosen to exist on the fringe of society; our broader culture cuts those on the fringe very little wiggle room when their behavior strays too far from the norm. Essentially, you have more eyes on you and less margin for error. It's not fair - it's just reality.

Now, in the interest of "keeping it real" - DAMN, TONY!!!! HOW MANY MORE CASINOS CAN YOU GET KICKED OUT OF???? GROW THE FUCK UP!!!!

    s.i.

p.s. - how did you do playing off the stake on Saturday?
