down to $3004 after renewing the rent for another week, but i do see the dentist at 9am today

and after i see him, i sure wont be over $3000 then. too bad i lost the $700 wednesday night. i did ok last night, actually ended up winning a total of $117 between the eldorado poker room, the sands poker room, and the sands BJ tables. did not play any VP either, which probably helped.

i went by the dentists office today, about 4.20pm, hoping to be seen before 6pm, but no luck, they said to come back at 9am and set me up with an appt. its not all that far of a walk, and i can do the $39 exam they advertise online when i come in and fill out some paperwork. then ill know whats wrong and why im feeling pain at times.

if he is able to extract it, depending on which tooth might be $120 or $170 additional, and of course thats if its only ONE tooth that needs removed. im really praying its not more complicated than that, and it would be a bigger nuisance if i had to be referred to an oral surgeon. so pray for me. this seems to be a popular and cheap dentist in reno thats NOT the free clinic on a sliding scale for the homeless and poor.

i dont know why i dont use it--except i dont want to talk about or prove income that basically dont exist--dont want to go thru the govt, (too bad private charity dont do this like God wants) and didnt feel right having my mom pay for it. and also--i have a feeling a free or charity place would be doing a horrible job because they wouldnt care about their reputation like a private dentist would. i guess a large reason for the fear was because i couldve died due to the poor job done by Nadic on tropicana av in las vegas. if it wasnt too late, id like the help of an atty in suing them, and i was DUMB to have not done that when it happened a few years ago.

no one wants to see a dentist mistake cause u serious health problems.

at least i did the right thing today, and stuck to nothing but poker. had i listened to Benny better, id have saved myself over $500 ive lost in reno playing machines he says not to play. at least im still doing great off table BJ promotions. (almost all ive won in reno came thru them). i dont think im up at the poker either, after the big $500+ poker loss wed nite. im going to be in the $2000s by the time u get around to reading the blog post. have $3004 now and will have less soon as i get into the dentists office at 9am.

and i just got done setting my alarm clock on my phone, sure hope it wakes me up. dont know for sure how to make the sound louder, and i am 100% not used to falling asleep before 6am or so, or waking up before 2pm or so.

also ill need to buy more food tomorrow, and i fear i might be limited in what i can eat if he is able to do the work tomorrow. im not really sure if he will be able to, praying the work is simple and only one tooth. i dread the feeling i might be below $2500 soon, and then i wont be able to get full value on the BJ promotion. at least not without taking far more risk than im comfortable with.

i couldve also saved money had i taken a different place to live and just paid upfront for a month or 2, at least about $150 a month give or take. oh well, i just didnt have the money to prepay. tons of other and better housing solutions with better cooking facilities in a short easy walk too. and i quit playing on UP for the time being after losing the entire $100 before i received a dime of the promotion.

still would like an audience to see the roll grow. to make Benny proud and everyone else proud too. ive been told Stacy said if i apologize i might be reinstated at the goldstrike dont know how to go about officially doing it, or how true this info is, but id like to see that done if at all possible. i might need that housing option someday. i wonder if cutters talked to him?

  1. Well I made my dentist appointment, paid the $39. Tooth 30 could use filled, and tooth 2 should come out as soon as possible. Was no abscess but was told tooth 2 was most important. It will be $170 to remove, possibly $120 if not complicated. Another $95 if I want laughing gas to help avoid pain. It will sting if its just numbed by a needle, im nervous, wanted to think about how much to spend, so I set up an appt for 3pm mon. What should I pay?

    1. Pay $170 for basic removal. As for the pain, just have the dentist punch you hard in the face before hand. That will distract you from the extraction pain.

      Glad I could help

    2. Pay the $170. Make sure you are completely numbed by the novocain before the extraction. If you are not sure it's completely numb, he can give you another shot before he starts.

Stay away from the money sucking machines Tony! Have a good weekend.

    3. the laughing gas would help calm you and relax you a little, not stop any pain. it's probably better to just tell the dentist your past experiences and make sure you are numbed up well. I hope you get this taken care of as soon as possible.

    4. Make sure you just cough up the money to get tooth 30 filled as well. If you don't do it now, this same thing will happen - I promise you it will, and you'll just have to get tooth 30 pulled. IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR TEETH - GET TOOTH 30 FILLED. IF YOU DON'T DO IT, YOU WILL WIND UP LOSING THAT TOOTH AS WELL!

Do you want to eat nothing but apple sauce? But let's be honest - you're not going to get tooth 30 filled, are you? The money that you could spend to save it is going into a VBJ machine.

    5. You are such a girlie girl, VJ . . . just let him take the punch to the face. Same result, less expensive. Plus, Tony would look bad-ass walking the streets of Reno with a black eye

    7. I would be more inclined suggest that you bet $170 on red and if you double up then when you get the tooth fixed it is free!

  2. You will not make the Monday appt. You will loose about $500on the machines this weekend trying to get that $170 before Monday.

    Good Luck.

Go back to Vegas for the poker season.

  3. Pay the $170 and as Josie says just make sure your numb. Probably out of there in an hour and you will start feeling better. No pain then you can think better about the cards your playing.

  4. Pay the $170 and make sure your numb. You will probably be in there about an hour and you will back out earning your money back. Possibly take the day off and rest would be good.

  5. Tony, you complaining about no private charity offering dental service (like God wants) and it only being available through the government reminds me of a story.

A man was in his home, and a sheriff's deputy stopped and knocked on the door and told him a huge flood was coming. "Don't worry, I am waiting for God to take care of me!" he replied. The deputy urged him to leave but he refused because of his trust in God.

A couple hours later, as water was filling his house he was forced to go upstairs, and then to the roof after that. After sitting on the roof for a moment a man with a boat came by and threw him a life jacket. "Grab it and swim over!" he yelled, "We can paddle to higher ground!"

"No thanks, God will save me, I'm sure of it!!!" he replied.

The boat left and the water kept rising, just when his roof was ready to go under, a helicopter came and threw a rope down. "Climb it and we'll take you to safety." The man in the helicopter yelled.

"No, God is going to take care of me, I know it. He always does!" was his reply again. The man in the helicopter tried to reason with him, but he was determined to wait for God.

Finally the man's house went under, and soon after he drowned. He awoke in heaven and when it was his turn to stand before God, he was a little confused.

"LORD, I always served you, why didn't you save me when I needed you?" he asked.

God replied. "I sent a deputy, a boat, and a helicopter, what else do you want from me!"

Does it ever cross your mind that God uses Government agencies to take care of people? I don't remember the Bible demanding it be private charities. In fact, if you read the first couple chapters of Acts, it is practically a how to guide for socialism.

On the matter of the medicaid, it is for people with no job and little to no income. Apply at nevadahealthlink.com (yes that is the obamacare website, but don't let that scare you away)

I didn't spend all this time typing this because I need the practice, I want to see you get what you need. Health coverage. What happens if you break a leg? Or you piss off the wrong person at the casino throwing a fit and he messes you up? You go to a hospital and get care, then never pay the bill. How is that more morally acceptable than using government assistance? If you have ever paid taxes you have earned the right to use the systems that make this country different from those where the poor and unemployed are left to die and rot.

  6. Happy to see you finally accepted advice and will get your tooth sorted out. There might be some swelling and pain for a while, but believe me, any discomfort you might feel in the short term would be nothing comparred to the long term agony you would have to endure if you did nothing about getting it fixed. Stay away from the machines. What is the place like where you are now living and how much is your weekly rent?

    1. Limited to what I can do only on cell without my laptop charger, hardly been online. Ended night at $1088, must sleep. Sick of this machine now. U should lose that much on $29,000 coin in unless its rigged, do the math and see. What u should lose is $150 or so. And the afternoon amtrak gets me into reno for $13

    2. Just when I thought you were finally going to get that tooth fixed, you fucked up again. Well Tony, you donked off your roll, depite every person in the world telling you not to play machines. As usual you let every person who has tried to help you down. Your stupidity is monumental. Your tooth is still playing up and it is now going to get poisoned and kill you. Before you die, in the next couple of weeks, can you advise us of Mark's and your Mom's address, so we can send them a bereavement cared once you are dead. Although considering the way you have treated them in the past, your death may be a blessing in disguise for them. At least they won't have to wory about you anymore.

  14. Tony obviously never Googled "variance" or "bankroll management". Rolled $29k through some -EV machine and is shocked he didn't lose exactly 1.5%? Unless he's stupid, which i doubt, he knew the expectation was +/- $5k, rolled the dice with his entire bankroll, and lost. #donkeyalert
